The Filipino Women’s Association in the KWC Region is a community group that connects, supports, and empowers Filipino women while promoting and celebrating Filipino culture in the Kitchener–Waterloo–Cambridge area.

SPARC’s mission is to enhance the well-being of the Filipino-Canadian community by:
